Rare Saint Trinity of Port is an American blended whiskey produced by Huse Culinary Inc., the ownership group behind St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis, using whiskey sourced from MGP. It blends four mash bills — high-corn bourbon, high-rye bourbon, 95% wheat whiskey and 95% rye whiskey — each aged for at least five years, then finished for six months in Ruby, Tawny and White port barrels. The 2025 inaugural release was limited to 834 bottles and bottled at barrel strength at 115.7 proof (57.85% ABV), with a retail price around $79.99.
