Cley Dutch Dry Gin is made at Cley Distillery, a micro-distillery founded in 2015 by Paul den Dulk and Maria Neves in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is triple-distilled in a copper alembic pot still using a malt wine base infused with juniper, Jamaica pepper, coriander and orange peel, following traditional 17th-century Dutch distilling techniques. It is bottled at 43% ABV in 500ml bottles.
