Cley Dutch Dry Gin Barrel Aged is produced at Cley Distillery, a micro-distillery in Rotterdam, Netherlands, founded in 2015 by Paul den Dulk and Maria de Sena Neves. Triple distilled in a traditional copper Schiedam alambic from a malt wine base, it is infused with botanicals including juniper, Jamaica pepper, coriander and orange peel before aging for one year in American oak ex-bourbon and virgin oak barrels. Bottled at 43% ABV, it typically retails for around €35.
