North Star Spirits Caol Ila 8 Year Old is a limited-edition Islay single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Glasgow-based North Star Spirits. Distilled at Caol Ila in July 2014, the Obscurities & Curiosities release was matured in a single sherry octave cask and bottled in March 2023 at 54.5% ABV without chill filtration or added color. Limited to 80 bottles, it typically retailed for around £65.
