The Signatory Vintage North British 17 Years Old is a Lowland single grain Scotch whisky distilled at the North British Distillery in Edinburgh in 2008 and bottled in 2026 as part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was matured in a small batch of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels, then bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added color. It retails for around $45 USD.
