M&H Apex Single Malt Whisky is a limited-edition series from M&H Distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery, located in Tel Aviv. The Apex range includes multiple small-batch and single-cask expressions, each finished in a different cask type, including fortified red wine, cognac, pomegranate wine, white wine and Dead Sea-matured barrels. Bottled at cask strength without chill filtration, the expressions typically retail for around $100.
