BUS Whisky Single Malt is a Dutch single-estate whisky produced by Bus Whisky Distillers in Loosbroek, North Brabant, Netherlands. It is distilled from sustainably grown malting barley cultivated on the distillery's own farm, matured for five years in four first-fill bourbon casks, and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or additives. It typically retails for €50 to €54 (about $55 to $60) for a 500 mL bottle and is sold primarily through the distillery and select Dutch retailers.

  • there’s a sweet vanilla theme, but also a (light) alcoholic astringency, leading up to a resinous note and more of the grassy hints. Very light ginger. Then fresh woody notes, hints of green pepper and this cardboard edge again.
