Alambique Serrano 3 Años is a single-origin Oaxacan rum produced by the Krassel family in Santa María Tlalixtac, in the Cañada region of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a blend of 12 casks of pot still and Krassel column still rum distilled from naturally fermented Java sugarcane juice and aged for a minimum of three years in new French oak barrels. Bottled at 46.1% ABV with no added sugar or coloring, it typically retails for around $70.
