Aguasol Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila produced at the Cascahuín Distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in stone steam ovens, crushed using a roller mill, fermented in closed tanks and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The tequila is rested for 15 days in stainless steel tanks before bottling at 40% ABV. Aguasol Blanco typically retails for $35 to $45 per 750 mL bottle.
