Ingredients
- 1½ oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
- 4 Limestone-Filtered or Spring Water
- 5 dash Cucumber Bitters
Instructions
- Build the cocktail in a rocks glass, adding all ingredients and topping with ice.
- Stir, garnish with a citrus peel and enjoy!
