REWCO Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is a barrel-strength rye produced by Rolling Fork Spirits, led by Turner Wathen and Jordan Morris. The inaugural release is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight rye whiskey bottled at cask strength at 54.7% ABV, or 109.4 proof. Limited to five barrels, the batch blends two Kentucky rye mash bills: three barrels from a recipe of 74% rye, 11% corn and 15% malted barley, and two barrels from a 95% rye, 5% malted barley recipe. The REWCO name honors Richard E. Wathen, whose family's distilling heritage dates to 1788.
