Drumshanbo Single Malt Irish Whiskey Galánta is distilled at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo. It marks the first single malt distilled in Ireland’s western province of Connacht in more than 107 years. Made from 100% malted Irish barley, the whiskey ages in single-use Kentucky bourbon casks and bottles at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added color.

- This is a youthful and subdued single malt. Soft notes of barley, sugar cookie, and vanilla custard showcase a straightforward bouquet and elegant balance. The same goes for the palate where initial notes of toffee and simple syrup build ever so slightly to candy apple and buttery pear tart before a warm finish of baking spice and soft oak.
