  • Sip it again and you’d swear you taste the nuttiness of barley and the creaminess of corn, though neither was used in making this whisky. Finishes with a pleasant, cleansing bitterness and hints of barrel.

  • A clean crisp rye which fairly oozes honey and spice. This is polished and subdued, with the hard rye buffed and smoothed. The spices are light and enjoyable, and I find the balance to be superb.
