Crittenden's Cut Above Dogman is the fifth release in Crittenden Distillery's Cryptic Series, a line of limited-edition whiskeys named after mythical creatures. The distillery is located in Kiln, Mississippi, where it produces grain-to-bottle whiskey using Mississippi-grown grains. Each Cryptic Series release is limited to about 1,600 bottles and features unique blends and finishing techniques. This expression is cask-finished in new charred oak maple syrup barrels with cherry wood staves.
