Debuted in March 2026, Brown Sugar Café Mexicana is a tequila-based coffee spirit created by Brent Hocking. Developed over several years, it is available exclusively online through a waitlist model. The spirit uses Purisima Tequila Blanco, produced from Blue Weber agave at Agroindustrias Casa Ramirez, and blends it with single-origin Mexican coffee that is handpicked, sun-dried and slowly roasted, along with piloncillo, an unrefined brown sugar. It typically retails for about $300 per bottle or $900 for a three-bottle set.

According to the brand, it offers a velvety texture with balanced notes of coffee and subtle sweetness.
