Fielden Harvest 2019 Rye Whisky is an English rye whisky made from heritage grains harvested in 2019. It uses a mash bill of 73% rye, wheat and barley, with some malted grains, and is double distilled in pot and column stills. The spirit matured in a combination of American oak, sauternes and ramandolo casks before being bottled at 50% ABV.
