Woven Homemade is a blended Scotch whisky produced at Woven’s studio in Leith, Edinburgh. It combines sherry cask–finished Speyside single malts with Lowland single grain whisky, with a malt content exceeding 70%. Bottled at 46.4% ABV without coloring or chill filtration, it typically retails for £38 to £44 (around $47–$55).
A creamy sweetness runs underneath. Nice hints of antiseptics. Then also mentholated notes, more green nuts and green pepper, along with some light tobacco. Growing pepper and lemon.
Without water, very hot with some banana and honey then clove spice. With water, the marshmallows come out more, this time in toasted form. There’s some lemon soda too.
