  • Nose:

Pronounced and in line with a Spanish-style profile, with notes of clove and toffee alongside caramel reminiscent of Werther’s Original. Dried fruits such as fig are present, along with a darker cherry note that carries a slightly medicinal, cough syrup-like edge.

  • Taste:

Light-bodied on the palate, with notes of brown sugar and vanilla intermingling with a measured thread of wood spice.

  • Finish:

Wood spice softens into a creamy vanilla close, with a moderate, lingering presence.

  • Overall:

A clear, approachable take on this style of rum profile, delivering a balanced and easy-drinking sip. It shows well but could benefit from greater complexity.
