Fireside Straight Bourbon Whiskey Single Barrel is produced by Mile High Spirits in Denver, Colorado. It is made with a mash bill of Colorado corn, rye and barley, along with Rocky Mountain water. The spirit is aged for a minimum of 2 years in new, charred white oak barrels, and as a single barrel release, the profile and ABV vary with each barrel.
But overall, I was happy with the flavor, and would still definitely recommend Fireside Bourbon Whiskey, particularly if you are looking for a bourbon that leans towards rye whiskey.
