2XO Gem of Kentucky Barrel #161 is a double-barreled single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Dixon Dedman's 2XO brand. It uses a high-rye mash bill with 35% rye and undergoes a secondary aging process in new charred oak barrels with varying char levels for up to one year. It's bottled at 54% ABV and retails for around $200.
