Springbrook Adirondack High Rye Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made at Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery in Queensbury, New York. It uses a mash bill of locally sourced corn, rye and malted barley with a higher than typical percentage of rye, aged for two years in new charred oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV and sells for around $43-50.
