Old Weller The Original 107 Proof is a wheated bourbon distilled at Buffalo Trace Distillery and bottled by the Sazerac Company. It uses a wheat-heavy mash bill instead of rye.The bourbon is bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) and carries no age statement.
The nose has a bit more cinnamon and molasses than Special Reserve, and less vanilla than the 12-year edition. The taste brings the heat without too much emphasis on the alcohol.
