Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey is made at Cedar Ridge Distillery in Iowa from 100% 2-row malted barley. The whiskey is aged in bourbon barrels and finished in various wine, port and sherry casks using a solera system. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sells for around $45-55.

  • There is a mouthy feel to the drink that is welcome. Very true to the nose, this is a slightly sweet and quite drinkable single malt. There is a complexity which I found very surprising.
