Fortaleza Blanco Still Strength is made at Los Abuelos Distillery in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. Produced from blue Weber agave cooked in stone brick ovens, crushed by tahona, naturally fermented in open-air wooden tanks and double-distilled in copper pot stills, it’s bottled at 46% ABV straight from the still without dilution.
The drying, astringent palate opens with a savory, herbal blast, rounding into sun-dried tomato earthiness, mouthwatering lemon peel and bright lemon-pepper on the long finish.
