291 Colorado Rye Whiskey is made at Distillery 291 in Colorado Springs from a mash bill of malted rye and corn. The whiskey is distilled in a copper pot still, aged in American white oak deep char barrels for approximately one year, then finished with toasted Aspen staves. It's bottled at 50.8% ABV and retails for around $70-83.
