The Gospel Solera Rye is an Australian rye whiskey produced at The Gospel Distillers in Melbourne, Victoria. It uses 100% Australian grown unmalted rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia and is double distilled in a five-tiered bespoke solera system using new American oak, second fill American oak and Australian red wine barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 42.5% ABV and retails for approximately AUD $80.
