Released in 2025, Jefferson’s Twin Oak Single Barrel Bourbon S1B8 is a 46% ABV Kentucky straight bourbon finished in a proprietary “wave barrel,” a new cask with grooved staves that increase surface area. The second barrel receives a flash char and a controlled toast designed to enhance oak-driven character.

Overwhelming amounts of toffee and fresh caramel. Has some nice “age” on the smell.
Initial sweet bomb which is balanced really well with cherry, oak and again FRESH caramel.
Long lasting and balanced to the point that will keep you satisfied until you are finished with the dram!
This is one of my favorite bottles we've done in the program and hands down one of the best barrels of whiskey to come out of Jefferson's!
