Libélula Joven is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced at NOM 1604 in southern Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed on a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks with deep-well water. It is twice distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
