Port Charlotte PC11 Eòrna Na h-Alba is an 11-year-old cask-strength single malt from Bruichladdich, aged entirely in Oloroso sherry butts. It is the seventh release in the annual limited-edition Port Charlotte series and takes its Gaelic subtitle in tribute to its Scottish-barley origins.
Of course, the signature Port Charlotte peat shows but leaves some space to the sweetier notes coming from the sherry casks. The finish is long, warm and delicously sweet.
