Warbringer Warmaster Edition is a cask-strength bourbon produced by Sespe Creek Distillery in California. It is made from a mash bill of at least 51% corn with rye and malted barley, mesquite-smoked during production and rests in an ex-sherry cask. Selected for release by MMA fighter Josh Barnett, it is bottled non-chill-filtered at 54.5% ABV.

  • To come to grasp with this whiskey imagine a strip of dark fruit leather laid over a thin strip of mesquite-smoked meat followed by a sip of a young bourbon. A complex mixing of profiles that don’t seem like they would work… but do.
