15 Stars First West Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon sourced from no more than 25 barrels per batch. It is made from red, white and blue corn varieties and aged 5, 6 and 7 years before being bottled at 51% ABV.
The bouquet opens with vibrant red berries and a sprinkle of confectioner’s sugar. On the palate, a delightful interplay of chestnut honey, fresh almond, and tea emerges. A well-crafted and balanced bourbon.
