Bikoku is a malt Japanese whisky distilled at Nirasaki Distillery in the Yamanashi Prefecture. The distillery is one of only three in Japan that draws water directly from an underground aquifer fed by Mount Fuji snowmelt. The master blender selects barley from across Japan, distills the whisky in-house and ages it for a minimum of four years in American bourbon barrels.
