Mala Vida Blanco Tequila is produced at Tequilas El Mexicano in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100% blue weber agave cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
The sweet cooked agave and cinnamon entry has a soft mineral water feel building to a white pepper and milky citrus peak. It fades with spicy cinnamon and mineral and finishes with saline, chocolate, orange, cooked agave, and pepper.
