  • Nose:

    Pleasant, sharp nose: praline, black cherry, fudge, coffee grounds, powdered sugar, eggy custard, cinnamon.

  • Taste:

    This year's batch of Bomberger's has a nice mouthfeel and delivers a great balance of sweet and spice. Rich vanilla ice cream dances well with bitter oak. Cherry, gingerbread, sassafras, oak, cinnamon, marshmallow, pecan, cacao, caramel.

  • Finish:

    Toasted marshmallow, bitter tannin, chopped peanuts, brown sugar, banana nut muffins, tobacco.

  • Overall:

    Complex, very tasty bourbon. Well balanced and satisfying.
