Rothaus Whisky Banyuls Cask Finish is a German single malt distilled at Kammer-Kirsch Distillery using malt mash and Rothaus brewing water. It was double distilled in small copper stills and matured in freshly emptied Banyuls wine casks from Banyuls-sur-Mer, France. Bottled in 2024 at cask strength, it is non-chill filtered and available in 500 ml format.
