Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon Vintage 2016 is produced by Heaven Hill Distilleries. Each bottle is drawn from a single barrel and labeled with the vintage year, bottling year and a unique barrel serial number.
The palate is beautifully textured and, while spicy, it never overpowers; cinnamon candies swirl around with rum-raisin ice cream, sundae cherries, and apple crisp. Brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee cake make for a delightful finish.
