Single Malt Kanosuke The Mellow Bar Reserve is a travel retail exclusive Japanese whisky bottled at 55% ABV in a 700ml format. Produced at the Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, it is made using three different pot stills and aged primarily in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held Mellowed Kozuru shochu. Additional maturation in Mizunara, sherry and other casks contributes to its profile.
