Headlands Distilling Illawarra Plum Cask Whisky is an Australian single malt bottled in a 700ml format. It was matured in casks that previously held Illawarra Plum spirit, a barrel-aged fruit liqueur produced during the distillery’s early years.
Exceptionally fruity and grassy with notes of berries, vanilla, and dried fruit, this spirit is light yet full-flavoured, with a clean, persistent finish that truly stands out.
