The Whistler Dark Symphony is an Irish blended whiskey matured for 3 to 4 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for at least 12 months in shaved and toasted VSOP cognac casks. It is made from 20% single malt and 80% grain whiskey, triple distilled, unfiltered and bottled at 43.14% ABV in a 700ml format.

  • Taking you on quite a journey, the palate is thickly textured with plum, baked orange, brown sugar, and caramel, with a slowly growing spice presence, drifting into bourbon biscuit, hazelnut, espresso, burnt sugar, and creamy milk chocolate.
