Cava de Oro Plata Tequila is produced at Tequilera Puerta de Hierro in the Los Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
