Don Vicente Tequila Blanco is produced at Destileria El Pandillo in Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in ovens, crushed with a tahona and fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks using open-air fermentation. The tequila is double distilled in copper pot stills, aerated and bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
