Gibson's Finest Rare 12 Year Old is a Canadian blended whisky produced at the Hiram Walker distillery in Windsor, Ontario. It blends corn, rye and malted barley and matures for 12 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and new barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV.
Although I enjoyed Gibson’s Finest 12 Year Old Canadian Whisky, it did not inspire me the way it once did. The whisky is spicier and less luxurious than it once was.
