El Ateo Reposado Ultra Premium Tequila is produced at Plantaciones Tequilana using blue weber agave from Guanajuato. The agave is cooked in ovens, crushed with a tahona and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. Double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, the tequila is aged in used American white oak bourbon barrels and aerated before bottling at 40% ABV.
