Copper & Cask Small Batch Series 7-Year Double Oak Bourbon Batch 007 blends 16 seven-year-old bourbon barrels sourced from MGP in Indiana and aged in Kentucky. It includes both 21% and 36% rye mashbills and was re-barreled into new and used charred barrels as well as shaved, toasted and re-charred casks. Bottled at 58.1% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and priced around $65.
