Tequila Corrido Blanco is produced at Destiladora de Los Altos in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue weber agave from the southern Los Altos region. The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, extracted with a roller mill and fermented without fibers in open-air stainless steel tanks. Double distilled in stainless steel pot stills, the tequila rests for 30 days before bottling at 40% ABV.
