Cantera Negra Silver is produced in small batches by Cavas de Don Max using 100% blue agave grown in the valley regions of Jalisco, Mexico. This unaged tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.
Pine, juniper, pronounced earthy notes, root vegetables, spice and bell pepper aromas on the nose, before leading into a leaner palate. Smooth, well-integrated with olives, capsicum and agave flavours, and some complexity on the finish.
