Nose:
Honey, barley ,bready, citrus, cake batter and butter cream.

Taste:
Medium mouthfeel, very mild heat. Some pepper, leather, faint smoke and tobacco. Creme brulee, fruity, citrus, orange peel. Fairly complex, lots going on.

Finish:
Long, rich, mild heat. Rich butter cream, citrus peel, faint sulfur, pepper, honey and some toffee.

I liked this quite a bit. It is enjoyable, complex and delicious.
