Iron Smoke CASKet Strength Straight Bourbon, produced in Fairport, New York, is made from a mash bill of corn, wheat, rye and barley, with some grains smoked over applewood. Aged in triple-charred virgin American white oak barrels, it is bottled at 120 proof as a barrel-strength version of Iron Smoke’s flagship bourbon.
