Iron Smoke Applewood Smoked Whiskey, priced at about $40, is an 80-proof offering produced in Fairport, New York. Made from a mashbill of corn, rye, wheat and barley, the grains are smoked over applewood before milling and mashing. It is aged in new, triple-charred virgin American white oak barrels and proofed with local spring water.
