  • NASCAR driver Kyle Busch apparently knows a decent bourbon when he tastes ’em, as this 4 year old, 108 proof bourbon drinks outside of its typical Rebel Yell lane.

  • For a bottle that’s young and priced at just $40, it’s tough to find much to argue against here—this one’s got plenty of horsepower for the price, and Kyle Busch definitely knows how to pick a winner when it comes to selecting a barrel.

  • Nose:

    Sweet and floral on the nose, with vanilla bean, powdered sugar, rose pedals, lavender and orange blossom.

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel and a pleasant flavor profile. Fresh-baked rolls, butterscotch, milk chocolate, pepper and a touch of ethanol.

  • Finish:

    Short to medium finish: coconut shaving, vanilla, cream soda.

  • Overall:

    A solid bourbon from Rebel! It hits some nice notes, but youth holds it back from reaching its full potential.
